This rehabilitation aims to return the building to its city, keeping its individuality but at the same time blending with the view. The building has access from two streets and its formed of basement, ground floor and three more residential floors.

Externally, the modifications made to the original building have kept the terrace as a connection to the overall surroundings, introducing slate and a skylight. The external plasters were repaired and tiles were added.
The characteristics of the original building will be respected when introducing new elements such as the terrace.
